On 18th October 2024, the Department of Hospitality Science at YIASCM hosted a master class by Mr. Craig Leith from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. Accompanied by ISDC officials, the session highlighted key industry trends including tech integration, sustainability, data analytics, globalization vs. local authenticity, diversity, and regulatory changes.
