BA (Honours) Programme is a Bachelor of Arts, Honours Programme that stands for collective study of various subjects. The BA Programme is focused on the humanities aspects of Social Sciences with strong foundation in socio-cultural, economic, political, historical, environmental theories with the aim of instilling rigorous critical thought. BA(Hons) Journalism and Digital Media

BA Journalism plays a crucial role in informing the public, holding those in power accountable, and fostering a functioning democracy. It helps to uncover the truth, provide a platform for diverse voices, and create a more informed and engaged society. Graduates can start working in various advertising agencies, broadcasting corporations, radio telecasting companies, magazines. Also, they can work in the Legal Affairs department by holding top-rated positions such as Columnist, Radio Jockey, Photojournalist, News Reporter, and Copywriter.

BA(Hons) Psychology and Counselling

A Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and Counseling is a dynamic and multifaceted program that delves into the intricate workings of the human mind, behavior, and emotions, while also equipping students with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide effective counseling and support to individuals facing various challenges. BA(Hons) Public Policy and Administration

BA (Hons) Sports Studies

Eligibilty

Admission to a BA degree program can be pursued after successfully completing the 12th examination from a recognized board, university, or institution.

The minimum required percentage for admission to a bachelor’s degree in the arts is 50% in the qualifying or senior secondary examination.
