On April 4, 2024, students from BSc Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, and BBA Hospitality, Aviation, Travel & Tourism visited the Food Crafts and Laundry Unit at Yenepoya University, Deralakatte.
They explored the bulk kitchen setup and laundry operations, gaining practical exposure to equipment and workflow. Mr. Kiran Shetty, Manager, provided insights into the functioning of both units.
The visit offered valuable hands-on learning and industry understanding.
