Farewell Ceremony

The Farewell Ceremony for the 5th Batch of BSc Hospitality Science was held on April 24, 2024, at YIASCM Balmatta Campus. The event, organized by the Department of Hospitality Science, featured distinguished guests, including Mr. Mervin Jaison Vas, Head of the Department, Ms. Shivani, HR Manager of Hotel Goldfinch Mangalore, Ms. Lakshmi, Class Advisor, and Ms. Fathima Nida, President of the Student Board. The ceremony began with a cake-cutting, followed by awards recognizing students' achievements. Cultural activities and a formal dinner prepared by junior batches showcased their hospitality skills. Mr. Mervin Jaison Vas and Ms. Shivani delivered speeches, wishing the outgoing batch success in their future endeavors. Dr. Shareena P, Vice Principal and Dean, also attended and shared her message. The event celebrated the achievements of the batch while fostering a sense of unity and excitement for their future in the hospitality industry.
