Guest talk on "Power of leadership and team work for the modern era"

On March 8, 2024, The Department of management has organized a workshop on the magic of leadership and teamwork for the modern era on March 8th, to inspire, educate, and empower the students to develop leadership skills and essential skills for personal and professional success by sharing real world examples of effective leadership and teamwork.

A total of 200 students have participated in this event. The event witnessed the esteemed presence of Dr. Arun A. Bhagwath, Principal and Dean of Science, and Dr. Shareena P., Dean and Vice Principal of Commerce and Management. Mr Narayan Sukumar, Vice principal.

The event commenced with a warm welcome extended to the distinguished guests, including the principal, deans, faculty members, and students

Dr. Arun A. Bhagwath delivered an impactful speech on importance of leadership and teamwork for the personality development and successful  career.

The outcome of the session includes improving communication skills, critical thinking, enhanced collaboration, better delegation of tasks, learning SWOT analysis of an individual etc.
