Impacts of e-waste on the environment session by Red Cross

On March 20, 2024, the Yenepoya Institute of Arts, Science, Commerce, and Management organized an E-Waste Management Awareness Programme in collaboration with the Youth Red Cross (YRC) and NSS, guided by Mrs. Jyothi D, YRC Programme Officer, and Mrs. Colin Janet, NSS Programme Officer. The event took place at LH 68, YIASCM Kulur campus.

The session featured Rev. Dr. Sandeep, Assistant Professor at Karnataka Theological College and Research Centre, as the resource person, who shared insights into e-waste management. Students from KTC addressed the pressing issue of climate change and the proliferation of unnecessary gadgets in society.
