3. Goals and objectives of the Programme

4. Programme Introduction

Bachelor of Computer Applications is a three year six semester undergraduate programme. The course is designed to function as an intermediate between the industry and academic institutes. The curriculum includes the latest technologies to prepare the student for the future. The student gains a strong foundation and skills in the field. The infrastructure provides an excellent environment for the student to contribute effectively in the field.

Department of Computer Science YIASCM, offers a competency based curriculum framework for the undergraduate/bachelor-level programme. The self-directed learning component, challenges students to experience the concept of lifelong learning with motivates individual efforts. The curriculum also incorporates courses for holistic development such as yoga, NSS, IT skills, Ethics, IT Skills, Boot camps, ideathons and hackathons.
